
青光眼ONF损害是由眼压、免疫、血循环等多因素共同作用的结果,相同的因素在不同类型青光眼发病中所发挥的作用大小不同,不同的因素也可以在同一类型青光眼中发挥协同作用[36,37]。既往有关青光眼ONF损伤的研究多建立在回顾性研究的基础上,只有加强对各种可能导致ONF损伤的因素进行有干预的前瞻性研究,才能详细了解每种因素对ONF损伤的机制,从而有针对性地提出相应的治疗方法,改变目前青光眼治疗方式单一的状况。
