Speech synthesis and speech recognition are important techniques to achieve human-computer interaction and built up a system that have capabilities can be able to listen and speech. The capabilities of computer can speech like human being is important competition in the contemporary IT market. Compare with speech recognition, speech synthesis more mature than speech recognition and also have entered industrialization already. It will look forward to a large range of marketing. Perhaps the machine will have capabilities that can see or smell like human being.
